Patient Public Voice Group Away Day
On Friday the 29th of September the Patient and Public voice group of the HCC held an away day with David Gilbert from InHealth Associates. The session was a great chance for the patients and HCC staff to get together and discuss priorities for the Patient and Public voice group for the next year.
Discussions ranged from the resources available to the network and the group, data and metrics the group want to have collected to review performance of services, to how to work on culture and education in the Trusts of the network.
